Springboard Diving Level 1
No experience necessary. Level 1 will include work on front hurdles, back jumps, head first dives forward and backward dives. Other skills will be introduced as ready.

Coral has extensive experience coaching diving at 188bet.com and at local high schools. She was a competitive diver herself, competing collegiately in Division II and later at the Masters level. Coral has a M.S. in Kinesiology. |
