The art in heart of food class is introducing the concept of Compassionate Hearth. As a doodler art has always been an essential part of my existence. But food is more essential. That’s how I made my living. Talking to people about science, food and eating. Then I studied art, then I studied philosophy and I became a doctor. Of philosophy. Then I taught art. How we see the world affects how we are in the world. I rely on food and art to help me see the world and create my way of being wholeheartedly in the world. |
